Keunggulan Bersaing UMKM Berbasis Sumber Daya di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

This study aims to describe the strategic steps that can be applied by MSMEs, in order able utilize their resources achieve competitive advantage, especially conditions of uncertainty, such as current covid-19 pandemic. The method used this research is library research. for collecting information and data are carried out stages, starting from: (i) Design, (ii) Implementation, (iii) Analysis, (iv) Compiling writing a review. results show achieving advantage there many resource variables influence it. showed innovation ability creativity have dominant on advantage. In addition, another variable also affects HR, because HR holds an important key running MSE business, including creating various innovations creativity. For reason, must taken MSMEs increase creativity, if they want survive compete any conditions, uncertainty. Like Darwin's theory evolution: Survival Fittest, SMEs prepared adapt changes environment affect business.
